Madsen and Molly Madsen,
Owners
David and Molly founded AB&K in October of 2000. Dave’s
background in remodeling combined with his degree in Finance
has led to an extremely successful business. Molly’s academic
background in marketing and 15 years in corporate management
give her a keen sense for creative design and problem solving.
Molly’s designs have been published in several magazines.
Molly was recently awarded two Silver Awards at the 2006 NARI
Wisconsin Remodelers Awards (Residential Kitchen Design over
$100k & Lower Level Remodel over $50k). Molly received a 3rd Place award in the '07 NKBA Dreams to Reality competition in the Other Rooms category. She was also awarded two '07 NARI Silver Awards (Residential Kitchens $60-100k; and Residential Interiors over $100k). In addition, she received the '07 NARI Gold Award for Website Design. |

Chris
Gregerson, Project Manager/Service Manager
Chris has over 15 years of experience in the remodeling industry.
Chris manages the crews and ensures projects run efficiently
and smoothly. Chris is responsible for scheduling our installers and keeping your project running smoothly, effieciently, and on time. Chris has brought AB&K to the next level by implementing a computerized scheduling system and other e-tools to insure a systematic approach to your installation. |

Gary
Zavernik, Sales/Designer, CKBR
Gary has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of home
remodeling including design, project management and installation.
His extensive knowledge of structural requirements blended with
his education in art and photography provide him with great
insight for all types of remodeling projects. Gary was awarded
a Silver Award at the 2006 NARI Wisconsin Remodelers Awards
(Residential Kitchen Design: $30-60K.) In '07, Gary received a Silver Award from NARI for Residential Kitchen Design ($30-60k). Gary also completed the NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler training program. |

Linda
Laabs, Sales/Designer, CKBR
Linda's interior design background has led her to a career specializing
in kitchen and bath design. Her strenghs in space planning,
coordination of materials and home remodeling, are custom to
each client's unique needs. Her designs have been published
in local magazines. Linda was awarded 1st place in the 2006
NKBA Dreams to Reality Design Competition for residential kitchens
under 250 sq ft. Linda also completed the NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler training program. |

Kelly
Fine, Sales/Designer
Kelly has devoted her career to kitchen and bath design since
graduating from MATC in 1994. She has been awarded 2 Milwaukee
NARI Gold Awards for excellence in design. She has had several
of her designs published in local and national magazines. Kelly
received the 2006 Silver Award (for kitchens under $100,000)
from Milwaukee Home Magazine. She also was awarded 3rd place
in the 2006 NKBA Dreams to Reality Design Competition for residential
kitchens over 250 sq ft. Kelly was also awarded a Silver Award
at the 2006 NARI Wisconsin Remodelers Awards (Residential Kitchen

Vicki
Gorzalski, Operations Manager
Vicki attended MATC, and has 15 years experience in bath and
kitchen design, including managing a team of six designers.
She assists the entire AB&K team with operations, customer
service, estimating, and design assistance. |

Wendy
Madison, Sales/Designer, CKBR
Wendy had 19 years of experience as a kitchen and bath designer
and is a licensed interior designer with several certificates
from the NKBA. She specialized in historic restoration projects. Wendy received the '07 Bronze Award from NARI for Residential Bath Design ($30-60k). She also completed the NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler training program. |

Jill
Ross, AKBD Sales/Designer, CKBR
Jill's specialty is designing and creating kitchen
and bath projects to fit the homeowners needs. Jill has 20 plus
years experience and was the 2005 National and Midwest region
winner for best kitchen Design (Decora Cabinetry). She specializes
in Universal Design -- smart design that includes safe and accessible
design for all. Jill was awarded the '07 NARI Silver Award for Residential Bath Design ($30-60k). She also completed the NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler training program. |

Jim Kryzanek, Sales/Designer, CKBR
Jim has over 25 years of experience in bath and kitchen remodeling and new construction. His years spent as a finish carpenter contractor provide him with the insight needed to oversee a project from the initial design through project completion. His creative designs have been featured in national magazines including Wine Spectator. Jim enjoys spending his free time as the lead singer of the Swing-O-Matics and Temperaments. Jim completed the NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler training program. |

Kimberly Klimek,
Sales/Designer
Kimberly’s extensive knowledge and background in Kitchen and Bath Design combined with her unique experience in Furniture Design creates functional spaces with an emphasis on detail. Her eclectic nature coupled with blending the old and the new is reflected in her designs and results in that special WOW factor her clients are looking for. Kimberly is a graduate of the Harrington College of Design in Chicago, IL. |

Mark was one of the youngest people in Wisconsin to receive
his journeyman’s license. He has over 12 years of experience
doing electrical work. |
